Registration
Registration and payments must be made at least half an hour before departure. Late comers may not be boarded.
Disabled
Limited access is possible.
Clothing
Clothing should be comfortable and suitable for weather conditions.
Gear
All gear is supplied on the trip
One rod per passenger
Ice and bags for fish provided
If the passenger loses the rod overboard they are liable to cover the costs
All gear remains the property of the vessel
No casting allowed
Braid lines and chemically sharpened hooks not permitted
Valuables
No responsibility will be taken for valuables brought on board
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted.
Alcohol
Alcohol is permitted, in cans only. Limited use, strictly supervised. Intoxication not permitted.
Safety Drill
It is compulsory to listen and observe the safety drill – to be permitted onboard
Liability
Liability is only taken for passengers who have observed all safety requirements given in the safety drill, including disembarking and boarding, seating and proper use of gear
Children are welcome, but are the responsibility of their parents
Conduct
Abusive, disorderly, intoxicated passengers will be returned to shore with no refunds.
Intoxicated potential passengers will not be permitted to board.
Provisions
We sell a limited range of soft drinks, water, and some snacks and fruit.
Regulation
Recreational Fishing License is not included in the fare. They can be purchased online at “Primary Industries” website. It is the passenger’s responsibility to comply.
We take no responsibility for non-compliance.
Passengers must observe all catch limits.
Cancellation
24 hour cancellation applies. No refund given for cancellations within 24 hours.
If a trip is cancelled, due to weather conditions after at least half the trip has proceeded, then no refund apply.
Charters are weather dependent and may be postponed.
Bookings
Bookings are essential to avoid disappointed.
Bookings may be made in advance.
Sea Sickness
Seasick passengers cannot be brought home early. It is the passenger’s responsibility to come prepared.
Terms and Conditions are provided for everyone’s safety including passengers and crew. Unless passengers are willing to comply then they won’t be accepted.
